- Return Eligibility
1.1 Timeframe: You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving the product. After this period, we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or covered by warranty.
1.2 Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration may result in the denial of the return request.
- Return Process
2.1 Initiation: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product. You can reach us via email or phone, providing your order details, reason for return, and any supporting information or evidence.
2.2 Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number if the return is eligible. Please do not return any items without a valid RA number.
2.3 Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery. Retain the shipping receipt and tracking information until your return is processed.
- Refund or Exchange
3.1 Refund: Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its eligibility, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable time frame. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
3.2 Exchange: If you prefer an exchange for a different product or size, please indicate your request when contacting our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request, subject to product availability.
- Non-Returnable Items
4.1 Custom-Made or Personalized Products: Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part. We will work with you to address any issues with custom orders and find a suitable solution.
4.2 Clearance or Sale Items: Clearance or sale items may have limited return eligibility. Please contact our customer service team for clarification before initiating a return.
- Faulty or Defective Products
5.1 Reporting: If you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. Provide detailed information and, if possible, include photographs or videos showcasing the issue. We will guide you through the return process.
5.2 Remedies: In the case of faulty or defective products, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
